Shipping Policy

At Cardenche, your satisfaction with both our products and service is our top priority. You can trust that we carefully oversee every step to ensure your order arrives on time.

All of our pieces are shipped worldwide from Lima, Peru.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above $300 USD.

For orders below $300 USD, we apply four flat shipping rates:

Shipping Methods (Peru only)

We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 within Peru. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of $5 applies for Lima deliveries and $8 for shipments outside Lima.

Same-Day Delivery (Lima only): Orders placed before 11:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, will be delivered the same day.
Next-Day Delivery (Lima only): Orders placed after 11:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, will be delivered the following business day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability in our warehouse, and may extend up to 2 days after purchase confirmation.
Outside Lima: Orders to provinces are shipped via Olva Courier. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Most international orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. All shipments are handled through DHL, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all international orders over $400. For orders below this amount, flat shipping rates apply depending on the region:

United States: $40

Europe & United Kingdom: $50

Rest of the World: $55

Please note that we do not cover any additional charges related to international shipping, including customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
